At Hickory Hills, our short-term rehab household, the clinical team is dedicated to helping individuals regain independence and return to the life they love. Sheboygan Senior Community provides highly trained physical, occupational, and speech therapists who work closely with each resident to set and exceed personalized rehabilitation goals, whether inpatient or outpatient.

Physical Therapy

Yes to both. You may keep your personal physician, and we can help arrange transportation to appointments.
SSC would assist in finding a provider, or you can use the in-house provider.
We have an onsite psychiatric nurse practitioner who comes in two times a month to see residents.
